Free and Pro. Existing Local Pickup management and selection are included in Free.
Create a pickup location
- Open Local Pickup in the Cart administration and create a pickup location. Give it a clear name.
- In Address, enter the location details and configure its visibility.
- In Estimate Pickup Time, set the optional message customers should see about collection time.
- In Pickup Instructions, add practical information such as where to collect the order.
- Set the entry to Active, save it with Create pickup location or Save pickup location, and enable the module when ready.
Verify the checkout selection
Open checkout with a suitable test cart and address. Check that the intended pickup choice and location are offered, then select the location. Review the displayed address, estimated-time message, instructions and final order totals before submitting a test order.
Inspect the resulting WooCommerce order and the customer’s order information. The pickup choice and instructions can be stored with the order. Changing a location later should therefore be followed by a new test order; do not assume historical orders are rewritten.
What a time estimate means
The estimate field provides customer-facing information. It is not a capacity-managed appointment booking or a guaranteed time-slot reservation. Configure the message to match the shop’s actual collection process.
When pickup is not offered
Check the module’s active state, the location’s Active switch, visibility settings and the WooCommerce shipping context. In Pro, also inspect any Checkout Gate restrictions affecting shipping choices. Compare the same cart and address before changing unrelated settings.
Multisite
Settings and pickup records are scoped to each site. Configure and test the intended site independently rather than expecting one site’s locations to appear throughout the network.
